Order information
Products purchased, size and colour selected, order number and value, delivery charges, payment status, delivery status, order history and communications relating to your order. We use this to process, manage and fulfil your purchases.
Payment information
Online payments may be processed through third party payment service providers, including PayHere. Payment information needed to complete your transaction is processed by that provider. We receive only what we need to confirm and manage the transaction, such as payment status and transaction references. We do not intentionally store complete card credentials. Your use of a payment provider is also subject to that provider's privacy policy and terms.
Website and technical information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, referring pages, interaction information and cookie data may be collected automatically to operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, property or legal rights.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical and operational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Payment credentials are handled through the payment provider's infrastructure. No website or data storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please also take sensible precautions online.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected and for legitimate business, accounting, tax, record keeping, dispute resolution, security and legal compliance requirements. After that we securely delete, anonymize or dispose of it, subject to legal obligations.

Third party websites, international orders and changes
Our website may link to third party websites or use third party payment, communication, social media or delivery services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.
If you contact us about an international order, the information needed to arrange shipping outside Sri Lanka may be shared with courier, logistics, customs or other providers involved in the shipment.
