International orders
Our online checkout delivers within Sri Lanka only. If you are somewhere else, we can still arrange a special delivery. There is no standard international rate, so we quote each order by hand and finish it over email.
How it works
Four steps, usually done inside two business days.

You send the form
Tell us the country, the styles you want and the sizes. The more exact you are, the faster the quote.

We check stock and weight
We confirm the pieces are in stock, weigh and measure the parcel, then get courier rates to your city.
03
We email you a quote
Garment total, shipping cost and expected transit time in one email, valid for seven days.
04
You pay and we ship
Payment by card link or bank transfer. We send the tracking number the day it leaves Colombo.
Request an international delivery quote
Nothing is charged from this form. We reply by email with the full cost before you pay anything.
Required fields are the ones a courier needs before it will give us a price.
Why there is no standard rate
Cost depends on the destination country, the city, the parcel weight and size, and which courier is cheapest that week. A single cotton top to Dubai and four dresses to Toronto are not comparable, so a flat rate would either overcharge you or lose us money.
Duties and taxes
Import duty, VAT or GST charged by your country is not included in our quote and is paid by you on arrival. We declare the real value on the customs form.
Sizes matter more here
We cannot accept a return or exchange for a size that does not fit, and a return leg from overseas usually costs more than the garment. Send us your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will measure the actual piece for you before you pay.

Questions we get asked
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere a courier will carry a parcel from Colombo. Some destinations have restrictions or very high rates, and we will tell you that in the quote rather than after you pay.
How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 14 business days once payment clears, depending on the destination and the service you choose. Customs clearance in your country can add to that and is outside our control.
How do I pay?
We send a card payment link or our bank details with the quote. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote in writing.
Can I order in a currency other than rupees?
Prices are set in Sri Lankan Rupees. Your bank or card provider converts at their rate, and we will show the rupee total clearly in the quote.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the garment and email us within three days of delivery. Our refund policy covers damaged, faulty and incorrectly supplied items, including on international orders.
